At just-turned-two, the way to get the 'gold' was to follow Chloe's lead.
Alex and Chloe
Perfect location, great weather, cute as sibling subjects. Alex is the best big brother, and Chloe - oh that hair!
Beautiful baby James was due got his photo shoot during lockdown, but the bonus of it being late was AUTUMN, plus he could sit up! I photographed sister Sophie at a similar age, and it was great to work with this fantastic family again. This shoot filled my cup after weeks of no shutter clicking!
The Marvellous Matetes
So thrilled to be asked to photograph another family whose children I have known since they were little tackers. Photographed on the beach they look out to from their house.
Love My Family!
The desire to create images clients love is never higher than when photographing your own loved ones. I'm thrilled with the interactions captured between darling Stevie and her parents, and so are they. LOVE.
This family chose a great location for their shoot, and whilst I was a little nervous having not scoped it in the light previously, it was fab! Their natural and energetic personalities made the shoot flow. Thank you!
I was totally charmed by this family. So natural and relaxed with each other, and obviously a tight unit. Even Louis the Cavalier KCS was well behaved! Thank you Nicola and your wider whanau for entrusting me to do this shoot for you!
Golden Wedding Anniversary!
Family came together from Ireland, England and NZ to celebrate Lottie and Terry's 50 years of marriage. Colleen surprised them with a family shoot to mark the occasion!
Hogg Family, Round Two!
Earlier in the year I had the pleasure of working with Helen and her Dad. Now Mum Barbara was out from the UK, husband Chris was at home, and hence time for a colourful shoot all round.
Falling in Love with Freya
This little angel, Freya (almost 2) stole my heart! She was such a good girl and we made some lovely family memories together with her Dad and Mum.
Fun with the Wallaces
I loved working with this family. Mum, Pip, knew what she wanted and we got the shots we needed whilst letting the busy boys be themselves. Such a pleasure!
Jamie, Flynn and Lily
Jaime and Lily, two super special kids to me, and their cousin Flynn were a joy to work with. You've gotta remember to take regular photos of kids as they change in the blink of an eye! Never a truer word with this lot.
Will's Growing Up
When your 'baby' is growing up and you want to preserve the memory of his boyish good looks... (before he becomes a devastatingly handsome adult). Emma is so proud of her Will, and for very good reason. When you're not big on having your photo taken but you know how important it is for your Mum, you bring it. Loved working with these two!
I was privileged to photograph this special whanau. And special really is a descriptor they thoroughly deserve. It was a very rewarding shoot for all of us!
Grandparents are Special
When family live in countries apart, capturing the time spent together is all the more special. Helen's Dad and Sue visited from England, and Elwood and Arlo loved the time spent with Grandad and Yaya as you can tell!
It was an absolute delight to photograph Ronan at almost 9 months of age. He was such a good boy! Big sister Hannah, who I photographed in the same bear suit 3 years ago, joined in on some of the photos, too.
A true privilege to make some memories for this special family to keep them together always.
A stunning young lady I have known since she was 5, Kaitlyn posed with her proud family (and Brenna the labrador) before her school ball.
Simone and Madden
Some photoshoots just go so smoothly; your clients are chill and the magic happens! This was the case with these two gorgeous humans.
Cousins together from overseas was the perfect time to get everyone in front of the camera.
David and Jodee
I don't profess to being a wedding photographer, but made the exception for my nephew Dave and his gorgeous Jo. Shot in challenging weather!
